As usual I went to Legends to play before work. Nicholas woke as I was getting ready to leave. Besides waking early all week I think he woke himself so he could show me the artwork he finished before going to sleep last night. It is a mosaic that he did a really good job of coloring. I hope he kept the noise down so atleast Garrett could sleep.
Hot and muggy but not too bad out at 6:45 AM. I thought Bob was playing but I may be confused. I don't mind and almost prefer playing alone. Only one or two holes were occupied on the course though I did have to wait for the crew to finish mowing the tee box on the first hole.
I hit my best score there ever, a 31. The course is a 9 hole par 3 course 29. Seven pars and two bogies. Hole 6 as usual owned me at a bogie and hole 8 too. Not sure why hole 8 is giving me trouble these days as I think I have a birdie or two on that hole. There really wasn't much extra ballage going on. I played a couple of provisionals and swung a few extra times to see what different clubs could do. Putting was 2 puts for most of the holes with 2 one puts.
Do I keep the game ball?
And no one to share the good times.
