Got to Legends at 6:30 and waited 15 minutes to make sure Bob wasn't coming. Hit the course ahead of another person walking. There were a couple people out there alreay and the mower.
I am not sure why I hit my PW on the middle tee on the first hole but I did. Probably because I didn't have a scorecard and didn't have satellites acquired on my gps. Basically I meant to hit an easy PW and needed to hit it even easier. The ball was about 3" into the rough off the green on the back side so I hit it about 110. Silly two putt but pleased with the distance and the straightness.
Not sure what happened with my 8i shot on the second hole as it went only 126 and to the right but again it was not a big arc to the left. Funny how driving range distances never translate to the course. I hit my 3W well on 4 for 188 but flubbed the 5W on 6 for about 126. Nice clean crisp 3i shot on 7 for 167. Putting was pretty good for most of the holes.
A good score with only a few hidden shots, decent putting, and no big freaking arcs to the left. Hitting shots to the right but they are straight enough for me. Distances are ok. I am just getting started.
