I am so proud of how Nicholas and Garrett are doing with golf camp. I am hanging more with Garrett than Nicholas to make sure Garrett pays attention and doesn't hurt someone. Technically Garrett shouldn't be in the class because he is not 5 yet but he hung with Nicholas last year so Will let him in this year.
I spent a lot of the morning putting golf balls on tees for Garrett to hit. The fun part about Garrett golfing is that he is pleased with every shot even if it goes 5 inches or 15 feet. I think Garrett likes golf camp. He is remarkably focused - he rarely strays off into his own world.
Nicholas is doing a very good job whomping the ball with his driver or 5 iron. I think the driver is too short for him but Nicholas doesn't care. he can hit it nearly 60 yards. Nicholas almost won the chipping closest to the hole competion. I distracted him from tears with a golf ball I fished out of the water.
