after the lesson, the fall

After the lesson I hustled over to Stone Creek to play 18.  A little chilly and a slight breeze.  I had the course to myself except the threesome ahead of me.  I should have gone home and taken a nap and come back to play.  I probably still would have caught them.

The first hole I bogied.  Not a bad start.  It was down hill from there 5,8,8, 7, 7,6,6,6,5 for 60 on the front 9.  They really got in my head.  I went and got a snack going into 3 and still ended up behind them.  Not their fault entirely, though the three of them were taking 15 minutes a hole.  The lesson hadn;t set yet so it was like playing with something where the glue was still wet or paint was still drying.  Putting was ok to pretty good and there were a couple of good shots.

I left after 9.  I was going to run out of time anyway.
