I took off from work for the boys' spring break. We played at Legends on Tuesday. It was nice out but windy. Kind of brutal actually. Will said the course was not busy. We made a mistake in not hitting the course first because the course got busy. Instead we hit a medium bucket of balls. The boys didn't seem that into it. Too much togetherness at the Dells.
We started well and continued just fine until the two guys and a kid caught up with us. I just don't do well with my boys and people behind us. We waited at hole 4 for them to play through but suddenly a four-some appeared behind them so we picked up and moved on to hole five. The three-some caught up with us again on seven. We picked up again and finished out holes eight and nine. I really need to be more patient with the boys. I need to talk to them about playing ready golf. They just frustrate me with fiddling around.
