Picked up my bag

I picked up my bag right after I got home from the airport. Apparently they didn't listen when I told them I was going out of town for 2 weeks. $385 later I am not sure what I got besides new grips, the analysis, and spined. No recceipt, no individual club results, etc and not even any assurance that they checked the club lofts. All in all I am disappointed.
