Hit a small bucket at the driving range today at lunch. Sure wish they would change the sign to show the correct prices for the buckets of balls. Maybe there is a class action lawsuit like there was for PNC and the overdraft fees. Went on the golf school side of things. The University team was practicing in their special area. Kids in the cage.
Hit the 9i, 5i and 7i and two shots with the LW. I am psyching myself out with the grip thing. Now my left thumb is all the way over at the 3 o'clock position. That can't be right. Didn't it used to be at the 9 o'clock position or am I thinking of Bob's grip? 9i had some arc to the left that got exaggerated on the bad shots but still there on the good ones. Had decent distance. According to the markers my 9i appeared to be 10120-130-ish. The 5i and 7i had more arc and decent distance. Maybe I just aim 20' to the right...
This morning I got up and walked from my house almost to the golf course parkinglot and back in about 50 minutes. My goal is to walk there, do some putting, and walk back before work. Golf before work should be starting soon.
